According to Karishma Chawla, a certified nutritionist based in Mumbai, a liquid diet is very important to maintain the water level.

1: Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants like Vitamin C and Lycopene which are beneficial for overall health and skin.

2: By eating mix salad, raita and paneer sandwich, our body remains healthy.

3: Watermelon is a liquid fruit in which maximum amount of water is found. It also contains lycopene which protects the skin cells from the strong sunlight. At the same time, the inner part of watermelon seeds is cooked and eaten and it can be easily made into jams, jellies and marmalade.

4: Luffa vegetable is very beneficial for our body. Due to being rich in vitamin C, it makes the immune system strong. Due to the high amount of potassium, it helps in keeping the blood pressure under control.

Dehydration From how Avoid?

1: The problem of dehydration is most common in the summer season. Therefore, to avoid this, it is necessary to drink at least 3-4 liters of water a day. At the same time, drinking coconut water, smoothies, infused water, vegetable juice, dandelion tea and whey in the liquid will not cause a shortage of water in our body.

2: In the summer season, protein rich food like fish and chicken is preferred at night, so in the daytime, we should take a diet of light diet so that the problem of digestion can be avoided.

3: Eating rotis of jowar instead of millet is beneficial in summer.

4: During the summer season, too much heat can be produced in the body, which can cause swelling and acidity. That’s why lime water, lassi, sugarcane juice should be drunk.
