Milk, whether of buffalo or cow, has been the main center of our culture for centuries. Milk Turmeric – A yellow drink popularly known as Golden Milk or Turmeric Milk is not new to India but its popularity is increasing in Western culture. This yellow milk is traditionally made by heating cow or buffalo milk with turmeric and other spices such as cinnamon, ginger and a little sweetener. Some recipes also include black pepper, nutmeg or other spices and sweetener. Turmeric is a rich source of milk protein, anti-oxidants, magnesium, calcium, potassium and curcumin. It helps us fight against common cold, common inflammation due to infection, injury, wound and stomach upset. There is a trend in Indian households to give a glass of turmeric milk when you have a sore throat, cough, cold or flu. & Nbsp;

Milk for bone and tooth formation – The main source of calcium, milk plays an important role in bone health and teeth strengthening. Calcium also helps to maintain heart function, muscle function. Although the Harvard TH Chain School of Medicine has cautioned that calcium and dairy foods may reduce the risk of osteoporosis and colon cancer, but excessive intake may increase the risk of prostate cancer and potentially ovarian cancer. He recommends that milk and dairy foods should not be consumed more than once or twice a day, and nuns should also use dairy foods such as green leafy vegetables and broccoli instead. Milk as a medicine for good sleep – If used at night, a glass of warm milk can enhance good sleep. Special compounds in milk, especially tryptophan and melatonin, can help you fall asleep. Apart from this, taking one or two teaspoons of ghee in a cup of warm milk at bedtime is effective for relieving constipation. It is the neurotransmitter that plays an important role in the production of serotonin hormone (feel good hormone). & Nbsp;

Milk to lose weight – Due to being high in protein, milk can also pave the way to reduce your weight and build your body. Protein is essential for the building blocks of all processes in the human body, especially for muscle building. The protein in milk can keep you satisfied for a long time and prevent overeating from hunger. & Nbsp;
