Milk Turmeric – A yellow drink popularly known as Golden Milk or Turmeric Milk is not new to India but its popularity is increasing in Western culture. This yellow milk is traditionally made by heating cow or buffalo milk with turmeric and other spices such as cinnamon, ginger and a little sweetener. Some recipes also include black pepper, nutmeg or other spices and sweetener. Turmeric is a rich source of milk protein, anti-oxidants, magnesium, calcium, potassium and curcumin. It helps us fight against common cold, common inflammation due to infection, injury, wound and stomach upset. There is a trend in Indian households to give a glass of turmeric milk when you have a sore throat, cough, cold or flu. & Nbsp;

Milk for bone and tooth formation – The main source of calcium, milk plays an important role in bone health and teeth strengthening. Calcium also helps to maintain heart function, muscle function. Apart from this, taking one or two teaspoons of ghee in a cup of warm milk at bedtime is effective for relieving constipation. Milk to lose weight – Due to being high in protein, milk can also pave the way to reduce your weight and build your body. Protein is essential for the building blocks of all processes in the human body, especially for muscle building.
