Many Kovid-19 patients recover after a period of 14 days. This is confirmed by the negative investigation report of the corona. But despite reports coming negative, people complain of fatigue and weakness. In such a situation, the path forward for fast recovery and return to normal routine is good nutrition apart from some important tips. As we are facing the second wave of Corona virus, there are some remedies for those recovering from Kovid-19 infection. Infection is a inflammatory condition whose long-term effects can persist for 6-8 months even after treatment. However, during this time, various parts of the body, especially the liver and langs, can be seen.

How to overcome fatigue after Kovid-19?

Doctor Diksha Bhavsar has shared some tips on Instagram which can help in better recovery of Kovid-19 patients. Following the protective protocol, attention needs to be given to nutrition, fitness and overall health.

Do easy exercises. Start with a slow walk, breathing exercises and meditation.

Your body needs rest. Avoid strenuous workouts.

Get 30 minutes of morning sunshine every day.

Eat one date, a little raisin, two almonds, two walnuts soaked in water overnight.

Use light and easily digestible foods such as lentil soup and rice mars.

Avoid using excessive sugar, fried or processed food.

Eat nutritious polenta on alternate days.

Drink the soup of drumstick (moringa) 2-3 times a week.

Drink cumin-coriander-fennel tea twice a day, that is, one hour after a meal.

Sleep early at night. He told that the better you sleep, the sooner you will recover.

Waking up early in the morning and taking morning sunshine makes you feel energetic, positive and vibrant.

You can also drink herbal tea at home which helps in improving your immunity.

Limit the use of gadgets. Watch the news but not more than an hour daily.

Whenever you have to get out, wear a mask and follow social distancing.
