Can BJP form the government in Maharashtra? Here is how the numbers stack up

New Delhi, Jun 21: One of the greatest forerunners in the Shiv Sena, Eknath Shinde and a few different pioneers are enjoying nature in Gujarat’s Surat.

This has prompted political disturbance in Maharashtra and compromises the soundness of the Maha Vikas Aghadi government.

These improvements come a day after the BJP sacked five seats, the NCP and Shiv Sena two each and the Congress stowed one seat of the 10 seats in the Maharashtra Legislative Council.

Reports say that Shinde is enjoying the great outdoors in Gujarat with 26 MLAs. The larger part mark in the Maharashtra get together is 144. The BJP has 106 while the Shiv Sena has 55, NCP 53 and Congress 44.

The Bahujan Vikas Aghadi hosts three MLAs while the Samajwadi Get-together and AIMIM and Prahar Janshakti Party have two each. The MNS, CPI(M), PWP, Swabhimani Party, Rashtriya Samaj Paksh, Jansurajya Shakti party, Krantikari Shetkari Party have one each, while the free thinkers are 13 in number.

In the event that Shinde and the 26 MLAs back the BJP, the number would go up to 133. This implies that the BJP would require 11 more to frame the public authority. Anyway there are reports that more MLAs from different gatherings are probably going to leave the alliance. The more modest gatherings would assume a significant part. Anyway everyone’s eyes would be on the free thinkers who are 13 in number.
